Chairman's Message

On behalf of the Outstanding Students Circle of Iloilo (OSCI), I would like to thank the teachers, parents, schools, the Department of Education, sponsors, and the Ilonggos for trusting and supporting OSCI in doing the annual search for Ten Outstanding Elementary Pupils and Ten Outstanding Secondary School Students of Iloilo.

I've always felt honored to be a former outstanding student awardee, more so because it gives me the privilege, through the OSCI, to select students of 'exemplary personal qualities that are hallmarks of the ideal Filipino youth as hope and future of the Philippines.'

I join all OSCI senior members and alumni in welcoming and greetings the newest batch!
